Customer Registration & FAQ's
Christensen's welcomes all landscape professionals. We do, however, require our customers to register.
Customer Registration is based on the following:
- Your livelihood is earned by Green Industry activities.
- You present proper licensing from the Michigan Department of Agriculture, in your company's name.
- You present your business card and company check. These must relate to the Green Industry.
We do not sell to the public. There are many fine Garden Centers in the area.

What does "wholesale" mean?
We do not sell to the public.
We are a supplier to landscape contractors, nurseries, irrigation contractors, golf courses, and other qualified wholesale suppliers. Our customers earn their livelihood through Green Industry activities. Proper licensing from the Michigan Department of Agriculture, business card, and business check relating to the Green Industry are required before purchase.
Can I send my customer in to pick out material?
No. It is our policy that we will not service your customer outside of your presence. You must accompany your customer to the nursery to give them the opportunity to pick their material out. Experience has taught us that it is not in your or our best interest for us to deal directly with your customer. We do ask that you please do not put us in the awkward position of discussing pricing in your customer's presence. We also ask that small children, and pets, not be brought to the nursery for safety concerns.
May I have a credit application?
Customers in good standing who have done business with us for at least one year may apply for credit.
Will you pull my order in advance?
In order to assure the quality and freshness of your material, we prefer to provide quick and efficient service to load your selections directly onto your vehicle.
