But aren\u2019t they all?<\/p>\n<p style=\"\">A couple of years ago, Christensen\u2019s changed the way we celebrate staff anniversaries, going a bit more formal. Certificates presented at a staff lunch. Extra time off. Bonuses for larger anniversaries. We presented Tim with his 50<sup>th<\/sup> anniversary certificate in 2023. And 2025 marked my 30<sup>th<\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p>While looking at mine and my father\u2019s certificates, I paused and had a thought.<\/p>\n<p><span><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" data-id=\"9346\" width=\"337\" data-init-width=\"683\" height=\"261\" data-init-height=\"528\" title=\"Tim-50-Years\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.christensensplantcenter.com\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/Tim-50-Years.jpg\" data-width=\"337\" data-height=\"261\" style=\"aspect-ratio: auto 683 \/ 528;\"><\/span><span><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" data-id=\"9347\" width=\"683\" data-init-width=\"683\" height=\"528\" data-init-height=\"528\" title=\"Eric-30-Years\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.christensensplantcenter.com\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/Eric-30-Years.jpg\" data-width=\"683\" data-height=\"528\" style=\"aspect-ratio: auto 683 \/ 528;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Aren\u2019t all years milestone years? Aren\u2019t all days important?<\/p>\n<p style=\"\">In 2026, Christensen\u2019s Plant Center will celebrate its 95<sup>th<\/sup> year of operation. Two families have owned Christensen\u2019s &#8211; each for two generations. Those facts are milestones. But more importantly, because of those 95 years, we have had an amazing team. And our team has celebrated their important milestones with us.<\/p>\n<p style=\"\">Just this year, the Christensen\u2019s team celebrated: getting married, a child\u2019s first birthday, a child\u2019s marriage, wedding anniversaries, a new grandchild, children starting college, children graduating college. The list is endless, all of them more important than a business anniversary.
